摘　　要：目的:研究并分析自体脂肪注射移植治疗面部软组织凹陷的适用性。方法:选择2012年1月到2013年9月我院收治的28例面部软组织凹陷患者实施自体脂肪注射移植法手术,术后,对患者进行3个月到2年的随访。结果:本组28例患者经过自体脂肪注射移植治疗后,均达到理想效果,经过3个月到2年的随访,无脂肪液化、感染、硬结形成等并发症出现。结论:自体脂肪注射移植治疗面部组织凹陷具有微创、取材容易、操作方便、来源广泛的优势,不会留下可见瘢痕,并发症的发生率低,值得临床推广。Objective:To study and analyze injection of autologous fat Transplantation in treatment of facial soft tissue depression applicability. Method:28 cases of facial soft tissue depression patients from January,2012 to September,2013 in the hospital were as the research object. They were treated with injection of autologous fat transplantation law enforcement operation. The patients had 3 months to 2 years follow-up visit. Results:After injection of autologous fat transplantation treatment,28 cases all had the ideal effect. After 3 months to 2 years of follow-up,there was no fat liquefaction,infection and induration formation complication. Conclusion:Autologous fat injection transplantation in the treatment of facial depression is minimally invasive,easy and convenient operation. It has wide range of sources,with no visible scars,and low incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
