逆行腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损浅析

摘　　要：目的:针对逆行腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣的修复足踝部分软组织缺损的探讨,结合临床经验得出结论。方法:选取我院收治64例患者作为研究对象,对患者进行了利用腓肠神经营养皮瓣对小腿的下段和足背、足跟部等处皮肤软组织缺损的修复。结果:经过逆行排肠手术的52例患者的皮瓣均成活,仅有3例发生了皮瓣部分边缘坏死情况,经过换药处理后已愈合。结论:皮瓣具有较大的切取面积且不会伤害到主要的动脉,是对足踝部分皮肤软组织缺损修复的一项理想的安全有效的方法。Objective:To analyze the retrograde sural nerve nutrient vessels of island flap repair of soft tissue defect,and to get the conclusion combined with clinical experience. Methods:Selecting 64 cases in the hospital as the research object,using the sural nerve nutrition skin flap on the skin soft tissue defect repair,including the lower part of the leg and foot dorsum and heel of the place. Results:After retrograde row intestinal surgery,52 patients’ transplanted tissues survived. Edge necrosis of skin flap part only happened in 3 cases,and they were cured through changing medical prescription. Conclusion:The flap has a larger cutting area and do not do harm on the main arteries. It is an ideal safe and effective method of ankle skin soft tissue defect repair.
