摘　　要：目的:通过观察肋软骨,鼻中隔软骨,耳软骨对于鼻中隔鼻小柱延长后期的手术效果,手术并发症的分析。结果:利用鼻中隔软骨行鼻中隔及鼻小柱延长的50余例的手术方法,满意度,并发症分析,手术满意度要明显高于其余两项,手术并发症也低于其他的两项。结论:对于鼻中隔发育正常,期望改观短鼻朝天鼻的顾客,首选鼻中隔软骨来延长鼻中隔及鼻小柱。Objective:To observe the surgical effect of costal cartilages,the septum cartilage and ear cartilage on nasal septum nasal columella extension,and to analyze surgical complications. Result:Through the use of nasal septum cartilage nasal septum nasal columella extension,satisfaction degree and complication analysis was done on 50 cases. Operation satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the rest of the two items,and complication rate was lower than the other two items. Conclusion:The nasal septum growth was normal. Customers who expect to change short upturned nose prefer to prolong nasal septum nasal septum cartilage and columella.
