摘　　要：介绍了惠州小径湾某酒店的设计要点,并选取了合理的抗侧力体系,经结构抗震性能分析,表明各项结果均满足规范要求,结构整体及构件的抗震性能均满足预定的性能目标,同时由于悬挑空腹桁架冗余度少,对结构的悬挑空腹桁架进行了抗连续倒塌的验算。This paper introduces the characteristics of building design of Huizhou Xiaojinwan hotel. Reasonable and effective lateral force resisting system has been selected. Through performance-based seismic design,results show that the relevant parameters of the project satisfy the requirements of specifications,leading to the conclusion that the whole structure and all components of seismic performance can achieve the preset performance goals. Meanwhile,progressive collapse prevention assesment has been calculated due to the lack of structure redundancy of the open-web truss.
