不适用烟叶处理中存在的问题及其解决措施

摘　　要：为优化烟叶结构,保证优质烟叶的有效供给,要求烟农将不适用的脚叶和顶叶在田间摘除,并进行消化处理。对不适用烟叶处理中存在的缺乏理论和技术支撑;操作标准和规范不完善;缺少烟叶成熟度判断标准;相应烘烤工艺不配套;以及处理的烟叶再利用率低等问题进行分析,并针对这些问题,提出了一系列改进措施:深化相关的理论和技术研究;促进不适用烟叶处理方式的标准化;采用标准化的烟叶生产技术与工艺,尽量减少不适用烟叶的产生;调整相应的收购政策,推动烟叶品质的整体提升。In order to optimize the structure of tobacco leaves and ensure the supply of good quality ones, tobacco farmers are required to remove foot leaves and top leaves with none application value in the field and destroy these leaves. The paper analyzes problems existing in the treatment of tobacco leaves with none application value, including the lack of theoretic and technique support, imperfect operation standards and norms, the lack of standards for judging leaves' maturity degree, unsuitable drying technique and low reuse efficiency of treated leaves. In allusion to these problems, several improvement measures are put forward: deepen related theoretic and technique researches; promote the standardization of the treatment of tobacco leaves with none application value;reduce the production of tobacco leaves with none application value via utilizing standard production technique;promote the improvement of the tobacco leaves' quality as a whole through adjusting relevant purchasing policies.
