摘 要:根据黑龙江省实际情况构建了农村城镇化与生态环境评价指标体系。采用熵权法、综合评价法及耦合度模型定量评价了黑龙江省2001~2010年农村城镇化与生态环境耦合关系。结果表明:10 a来黑龙江省农村城镇化进程呈持续上升趋势,而生态环境质量出现大幅度波动,二者耦合度均值为0.75,处于高度协调状态,2005年以前表现为农村城镇化滞后,此后,生态环境表现为极度或严重受损。建议采取措施控制环境污染,保护生态环境,使其与农村城镇化保持协调发展。Based on the local conditions of Heilongjiang province, the evaluation index system for rural urbanization and ecological environment was constructed, and the coupling relationship between rural urbanization and ecological environment of Heilongjiang province from 2001 to 2010 was quantitatively evaluated by entropy method, comprehensive evaluation method and coupling degree model. The results showed that during the 10 years, the rural urbanization process in Heilongjiang province showed a continuously increasing tendency, and the quality of ecological environment showed a huge fluctuation, the average coupling degree of them was 0.75, therefore they were at a high harmony level; before 2005, the rural urbanization was lagging, and after 2005 the ecological environment was extremely or seriously damaged. In the end, it suggested that adopting measures to control environmental pollution and to protect ecological environment, thereby keeping a harmonious development between rural urbanization and ecological environment.
