摘　　要：党员权利保障制度是党内民主制度体系的重要组成部分。建党以来,党员权利保障制度经历了初步形成、遭受挫折和恢复发展三个历史阶段,这一发展历程蕴含着丰富的基本经验教训:必须确立起党员主体地位的观点,必须加强党员权利保障制度建设,必须提高全党的民主素质。The protection of the rights for Party members is an important part in the inner-party democracy system.Since the founding of the Party,the protection of the rights for Party members has experienced the three historical stages of initial forming,the suffering of setbacks and the recovery of development.This course of development embodies rich experiences and lessons:we must establish the Party members' subjective position,strengthen the protection of the rights for Party members,and improve the quality of the Party's democracy.
