摘　　要：本文针对××公司5Mt/a常减压装置的运行情况,采用ASPEN HYSYS流程模拟软件对常减压装置备塔进行模拟计算。首先选择适合模拟炼油过程的单元模块和物性方法,并规定各塔的限制条件及过程参数,对初馏塔、常压塔和减压塔逐个进行模拟计算;然后再将三塔串联起来,完成整个装置流程的模拟。通过模拟得到了装置总的物料平衡、操作条件及产品质量指标等结果,并将模拟结果与实际工况进行比较。通过对装置的模拟真实地反映了装置的运行工况,为装置的稳定生产、优化节能提供参考依据和模拟操作平台。In the article,the towers of crude oil distillation device are simulated with ASPEN HYSYS according to the device operation of 5Mt / a crude oil distillation,XX company.First,selects the appropriate unit module and properties,and provides the conditions of each tower and process parameters,and then simulates primary tower,atmospheric tower and vacuum tower one by one,finally,links together.The results,the total mass balance of the device,operating conditions and product quality etc.are obtained through simulation,and compared with the actual working conditions.The simulation results truly reflect the operating condition of the device,and provide a reference and simulation platform for stable production of devices,optimization and energy saving.
