摘  要:辐射供冷具有高舒适性、节能、无噪音及室内温度分布均匀等优点,在凉爽干燥的欧洲应用广泛。在湿热的中国大陆地区,其推广应用由于结露及换热量不足的原因受到较大限制。为了了解毛细管辐射供冷在高温高热地区的使用性能,搭建了毛细管辐射供冷测试实验台,研究了毛细管辐射供冷末端的换热特性,并采用可视化的研究方法分析了毛细管辐射供冷末端表面的结露特性,并提出了以过冷度为指标的运行策略,避免毛细管辐射供冷末端结露的产生。Radiant cooling is currently widespread used in Europe due to cool and dry prevailing weather condition. It offers immense benefits including improved air conditioning comfort, energy conserving, silence in operation and low temperature gradient within the room. However, the use of radiant cooling is limited in majority of Chinese mainland region, where is generally hot and wet, due to insufficient cooling capacity and challenges posed by dew on the cooling face. For better use of radiant cooling technology in China, the experimental setup was designed and built. The heat transfer performances of the radiant cooling were investigated, and dew phenomenon was detailedly researched by visualization. In addition, the operation strategy of avoiding dew on the cooling face was present based on the concept of SCD (sub-cooled degree).
