摘  要:地表水体中的高锰酸盐指数CODMn通常采用酸性或碱性高锰酸钾法,酸性或碱性法的选用则依据水体中的氯度含量.对于受上游径流和下游潮汐影响的河口水域,氯度含量在时间、空间上的变化幅度非常大,在实际监测时往往上游采用酸性法、下游则采用碱性法来测定CODMn,从而使感潮河口不同河段的CODMn监测值不具有直接可比性.重点分析了含氯度对实验室配制的COD标准液和对钱塘江淡水水样的影响,并讨论了钱塘江盐官断面COD在一个潮汐周期中的变化规律.本研究成果对于感潮河口上/下游河段CODMn指标的水质评价、转换和统一研究可提供参考.Potassium dichromate had strong oxidization,which could oxidize most of the organics in matter.It is generally used to determine COD in the water of more than 30mg/L.This method was easily influenced by chloride ion.The alkaline potassium permanganate method which was influenced less by chloride ion was usually used for high chlorine concentration waste water.For a tidal estuary,the upstream water with less chloride ion was usually analyzed with the acidic potassium permanganate method,while the downstream water with high chloride ion was analyzed with the alkaline potassium permanganate method.Different detection methods cause the disagreement of water quality evaluation.This paper described the influence of chlorine on the COD standard solution prepared in laboratory and river fresh water samples from Qiantang River upstream.The difference between the acid potassium permanganate method and the alkaline potassium permanganate method was analyzed.The variation of COD during a tidal period is discussed.
