摘　　要：以某轻卡驾驶室地板开裂现象为背景,通过翻转机构和驾驶室系统的受力关系,对驾驶室前地板进行强度分析,并通过电测法测得驾驶室翻转状态下及道路行驶时各测点应力值,为改进结构提供了可靠依据。Based on the cracking phenomenon of the floor of a light truck cab,the analysis on the front floor strength was carried out,through the force relationship between tilting mechanism and cab system. Through the electrical measurement method,the stress value of each measuring point under the state of the cab flip and travel on the road was obtained,which provided a reliable basis for the modification of cab mechanism.
