摘　　要：目的在三甲医院体检中心引进精细化管理体系,通过实践总结出本中心的规范化管理,提升服务能力,满足体检中心获得可持续性发展的需要。方法在传统医院管理基础上合理应用先进的精细化管理体系在体检工作中,设置和管理好每个环节,合理利用医疗资源。结果通过运用精细化管理体系,加强了体检中心内部的管理,将体检和健康管理有机结合起来,使医疗质量、服务水平和能力都得到全面的提升,为受检者营造专业、高效、便捷、舒适的体检环境,在健康体检过程中享受到优质的医疗服务,客户满意度高。结论三甲医院体检中心开展精细化管理是必要的、可行的、有效的,是体检中心在管理发展匕的趋势。Objective Through the introduction of meticulous management system in medical centers in large hospital,summarize the regulations of health center management according to practical experience,enhance service capabilities and satisfy the requirement of sustainable development of the health center.Methods Apply the advanced meticulous management system on the basis of the traditional hospital management,set up and manage every component,and conduct reasonable allocation of medical resource.Results Through the introduction of meticulous management system in medical centers,the internal management of the medical center is improved,physical examination and the health management are well integrated,and the medical capability as well as the service quality is improved.Leveraging the meticulous management system,a professional,efficient,convenient and comfortable environment is provided to the customer and the customer satisfactory is largely improved.Conclusion It is necessary,feasible and beneficial for the medical centers in large hospitals to carry out meticulous management,which is a trend in the development of medical center management.
