摘　　要：目的回顾性总结50例23G+25G微创玻璃体手术的护理配合要点及手术特点,以提高护理配合质量。方法对2008年11月至2009年2月收治的50例玻璃体视网膜患者施行23G+25G微创玻璃体手术,并对配合过程进行总结分析。结果50例手术均在护士及时有效的手术配合护理下顺利完成,手术效果满意。结论术前熟悉手术器械、手术步骤,对患者有效的心理护理,术后器械的维养等为微创玻璃体手术的成功提供了有效保证。Objective To summarize the outline of nursing coordination of 23G+25G minimally invasive vitrectomy so as to improve the skill of nursing coordination.Methods The nursing coordination of vitreous body and retina operation were analyzed in 50 patients from Nov.2008 to Feb.2009.Results With the timely and effective nursing coordination,the 50 operations were accomplished satisfyingly.Conclusion It would ensure the success of the minimally invasive vitrectomy on the base of pre-operations familiarizing with the appliances,steps and psychological nursing to the patients,and postoperative maintaining appliances.
