摘　　要：目的探讨老年重症胆管炎患者围术期的护理要点。方法回顾并总结2003年12月至2008年12月收治的52例重症胆管炎患者的治疗方法及采取的护理措施。结果经过精心的治疗与护理,52例患者均得到康复。结论护理质量的提高是治愈重症胆管炎的关键措施之一,对重症胆管炎术后的老年患者进行细致的护理与监护,可预防和减少术后并发症的发生,提高治愈率,降低病死率。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing elements in the prevention of severe cholangitis in the elderly patients.Methods The treatments and nursing measures on 52 patients with severe cholangitis from Dec.2003 to Dec.2008 were summarized retrospectively.Results All the 52 patients recovered with intensive treatment and nursing.Conclusion Improvement of nursing quality provides a cure for severe cholangities the intensive nursing and observation on the elderly patients with severe cholangitis plays a key role in the prevention and reduction of the occurrence of postoperative complications with increased cure rates and reduced mortality.
