摘　　要：塞尔维亚的独立与大国外交林绍玲大国干预和影响弱小民族和弱小国家的独立与发展，这是在巴尔干乃至整个东欧地区历史上普遍存在的问题。本文拟就塞尔维亚民族独立进程的三个重要环节（１８０４—１８１３年和１８１５—１８１６年的两次起义；１８３０年的自治；１８７８...Abstract In Balkan history,even in the whole eastern European history,it was a common phenomenon that the Great Powers had interfered and influenced the independence and development of small and weak nations.This paper deals with the relations between the Great Powers and Serbia in the historic events including the two uprising in 1804-1813 and in 1815-1816,the autonomy in 1830,and the independence in 1878 during the struggle of the Serbian people to win their independence. Some common characteristics in the South eastern European nations' struggle for their independence and development in the intricate power diplomacy in the nineteenth century are elucidated,which is helpful to understand the modern international relations in the Balkans.
