中国女排副攻手参与扣、拦时外部负荷结构

摘　　要：通过统计计算和建立最优回归方程，从副攻手在比赛中参与扣、拦时的外部负荷结构及形式与相应的得分、得权、失分、失权４种比赛效果的关系角度对中国女排进行了研究以使其在强攻不强困境下，发挥副攻的弥补作用，并指出副攻在训练中应采用的主要负荷形式及其量化指标。The present study dicusses the relation between the structure , form of ex- ternal load and four match effects-- winning score , winning weight , losing score and losing weight uf second attackers of Woman Volleyball Team of China while smashing or blocking through calculating statistically and founding the optimal regressive equat tion. Thus , the compensative function of second attackters caa be exerted under the sit- uation of weak spikers . Thia article also points out major load forms and quantitative indices adopted when second attackers are trained.
