摘　　要：本文通过研究指出，在背越式跳高技术教学和训练中，结合正常教学步骤和教法有的放矢地对助跑、起跳、过竿技术中的诸环节实施必要的心理诱导，可以有效地加深学生对技术概念的理解并加快学生对技术动作的学习和掌握。Combining the normal teaching procedures and methods, this study conducted the psychalogical induction in theevery technique sector, such as running, take-off and cross-bar during the rtaining of back layout high jump. Mot only canit deepen the Understanding to the technique concepts, but also can enhance their leaming and grasping.
