摘  要:浙 91A是以野败籼型不育系V2 0A为母本 ,用浙农 80 10B 浙农 91后代中选株系为父本杂交 ,采用连续单株花粉育性镜检 ,连续回交转育而成的籼型不育系。其穗型大 ,每穗粒数达 15 5 .6粒 ;主要稻米品质指标明显优于浙江省主配不育系协青早A ;不育株率 10 0 % ,花粉不育度 10 0 % ;柱头外露率 60 .1% ,异交结实率 5 5 %左右 ,易于繁殖制种。 2 0 0 3年 9月通过了由浙江省科技厅组织的技术鉴定 ,配制的新组合正进行试验试种。Zhe 91A is a new WA-type indica CMS line developed from crossing V20A with the selected plants from the F_3 lines of Zhenong 8010B/Zhenong 91 and backcrossing successively the complete male sterile plants whose pollen sterility is strictly checked under microscope with their corresponding paternal plants. It has a complete male sterility with 100% of sterile plants and 100% of pollen sterility. It has large panicles (155.6 spikelets/panicle, 54.4 spikelets/panicle more than the check Xieqingzao A). Most of its grain quality characters such as chalky rice, gel consistency and amylose content are better than those of Xieqingzao A, a CMS line most popular in Zhejiang Province. It is easy to conduct hybrid seed production because of its high outcrossing rate (55.7%) with a high stigma exsertion rate (60.1%). Zhe 91A was technically identified in Zhejiang Province in September,2003. Some promising hybrids derived from Zhe 91A are being tested in trials.
