高配合力优质水稻恢复系蜀恢527的选育与利用

摘　　要：在利用国外优良品种资源作主要亲本杂交育成中间材料 13 18和 88-R3 3 60的基础上 ,再聚合杂交 ,然后进行品质、抗性和早代配合力选择 ,培育成功重穗型优良籼稻恢复系蜀恢 5 2 7。该恢复系具有株叶形态好、恢复力强、配合力高、品质优、较抗稻瘟病等特点。已配组出通过全国或省级审定的组合 16个 ,其中冈优 5 2 7、D优 5 2 7和协优 5 2 7在四川省区试中比汕优 63增产均超过8%。Deriving from the cross of the female parent 1318 (Gui 630/Gu 154//IR1544-28-2-3) and the male parent 88-R3360 (Fu 36-2/IR24), the new restorer line Shuhui 527 was developed by selecting and testing in early generations in blast resistance, appearance grain quality, agronomic characters and combining ability. It has the characteristics of good plant type, wide restoring spectrum and strong restoring ability, good combining ability, good flowering habit, high yield of seed production, good grain quality and disease resistance. Up to now, 16 F_1 hybrids deriving from the restorer line Shuhui 527 and male sterile lines have been provincially registered and released for commercial production, among which Gangyou 527, D You 527 and Xieyou 527 had more than 8% of yield increase over the check hybrid Shanyou 63 in the provincial regional trials of Sichuan. Therefore, Shuhui 527 is widely utilized and shows a very good applied prospect.
