摘　　要：本文认为：实现经济增长方式的转变，关键在于推动国有企业的技术创新活动；在集约型经济增长条件下，企业技术创新机制的建立应该遵循“创新行为集群化、创新主体集团化、创新管理集成化”的基本思路；针对目前我国企业实现经济增长方式转变过程中所遇到的难点和障碍，应采取相应的对策，即强化企业的创新主体地位、探索新的技术融资方式、加强科研条件产业化建设、提高企业技术人才的整体素质、完善企业的技术创新机制。The key to realizing changes in the manner of economic increase is technical innovation.Under circumstances of intensive economic increase,mechanics of innovation should be in line with the basic principles of“colonization of innovation operations, subject of innovation in groups,and integration of innovation management”.Considering the current problems in changing the manner of increase,suitable strategies are suggested as follows:strengthening the position of the subject of innovation,seeking new ways of blending technical capital,promoting industrialization of research conditions,improving quality of technical personnel as a whole,perfecting mechanics of technical innovation,and establishing measures to support technical innovation.
