摘　　要：作为汉代今文《诗》学的传世之作,《韩诗外传》有其独特的学术价值。历代研究者在其卷帙、版本、辑佚、校注等整理工作上用力甚勤,今人亦在文学、哲学、教育等方面进行了专门研究。It is one book of Han Shi that exists till now for its academic value, namely, The Tale of Han Ying抯 Collection of Poetry. Scholars through the ages have sorted out and selected from historical materials. Today, men of learning are researching it from different angles.
