我国财政与通货膨胀关系的实证研究

摘　　要：财政政策手段对治理通货膨胀具有特殊的功能。财政与通货膨胀的关系主要有:一是通货膨胀引起财政分配规模和结构的变化;二是财政分配状况的变动反过来又影响并制约通货膨胀。文章对此进行了理论分析。本文还对1979—1988年财政与通货膨胀的关系进行了实证分析,并提出财政政策的选择的若干主张。Government financial measures are particularly helpful to curb inflation. Public financeand inflation are correlated chiefly in two spheres:inflation leads to changes of scales in fi-nancial allotments and their structure;the changes in financial allotments,in turn, affect andgovern inflation. This article makes theoretical analysis on this topic and a practical study onthe relations of public finance and inflation 1979-88 and some optional suggestions for fi-nancial policies.
