摘　　要：计划机制是中国经济发展与结构变动的基本协调机制,它经历了传统的计划协调机制,改进的计划协调机制和计划市场协调机制三种形态的转变。计划体制改革就是寻求一种比较完善的资源配置、产业发展与结构协调机制。在当前治理整顿中,必须强化和完善产业结构变动的计划市场机制的功能,尤其是要强化产业结构变动的宏观计划调控机制。Planning mechanism is the basic coordination mechanism of China's economic develop-ment and structural changes, and it goes through three types of changes of traditional plannedcoordinative mechanism,improved planned coordinative mechanism and planned market co-ordinative mechanism. The pianned structural reform is to search for a kind of comparativelyperfect deployment of resources, industrial development and structural coordinative mechanism. In present improving and rectification, it is necessary to strengthen and perfect the functioning of planned market mechanism in the changes of industrial structure,and especially,to strengthen the macro-planned regulation mechanism.
