摘　　要：本文分析了企业集团经营管理目标的确立因素,指出企业集团经营管理目标具有多层次性,应实现企业集团多角化的经营战略,分析了企业集团多角化经营战略的含义、客观基础等,并进一步指出应建立综合性、开放型的集团经营管理体系。This article analyzes the elements for setting managerial targets of enterprise bloc andpoints out that the managerial targets of enterprise bloc have their peculiarity ofmulti-layers,therefore,a strategy of multi-sphere businesses should be adopted. It also ana-lyzes the meaning of multie-sphere businesses and their objective bases,etc. It also states thatbloc business managerial system with comprehensive and opening characteristics should be. established.
