摘　　要：19世纪末以来。吐鲁番一带相继出土了一大批回鹘文献资料。除了为数甚多的宗教典籍、文学作品、历法医典、占卜辞书外,尚有数百件社会经济文书。这些经济文书内容十分广泛,真实地反映了宋元时代新疆畏兀儿地区的社会经济、土地制度、赋役制度、阶级关系、民族关系、借贷关系及日常生活。yuan Dynasty was the historical period during which the economy of the usury loan among uighur nationality was highly developed. lacking historical records, schdars at hoem and abroad have not yet painstakinsly carried out in depth studies about it for a long time. But a large number of valuable documents have been published. In this article, the author has collected and Sorted out 27 loan documents of uighur published in Turfan. and has bviefly described some related historical points on the documents, of can be seen that the usury loan of uighur in yuan Dynasty was rather popular. Not only money. but also food. clotbing. even animals could be loaned. Although the loan rates hod no fixed standards, they could be dirided into mont(?)y interests. Seasonal interests. annual interests and short-term interests. The interest rates were very high. e. g·, most of the yearly interests were over 200%.
