摘  要:本文作者设计并研究了直体“特卡切夫”这一单杠创新动作,根据理论研究的成果推导了该动作的最佳振浪下摆条件、最佳脱手、腾起和再握条件,研制最佳值的模拟求解程序。以江苏队赵志强为研究对象,从1984年开始,通过影片解析和计算机摸拟方法对他的“特卡切夫”动作进行了技术诊断和改进,1987年对他进行新动作的实验训练,获得成功。研究表明,赵志强直体新动作的最佳脱手角为34度,最佳腾起初速和腾起角分别为4.18米/秒、56度,最佳再握角和再握半径分别为32.2度和0.91米。In this paper innovative movements of straight Tkachev vault (STV) in horizontal bar were designed. Based on the the-oretical principles obtained, the optimum situations for whip swing down, releasing and regrasping the bar in STV were de-duced and a computer progrgm for simulating and calculating optimal parameters concerned was developed. An elite gym-nast from Jiangsu provincial team, Zhao Zhiqiang, was chosen as subject, whose STV had been diagnosed and improved byfilm analysis and computer simulation since 1984. and whose experimental training of the innovative movements began in1987. The experiment proved successful with results showing that the optimal parameters for Zhao in the innovative STVwas 34°for releasing angle. 4. 18m/sec. and 56°for initial velocity and initial angle of vault seperately, and 32. 2°and0. 91m for regrasp angle and regrasp radius respectively
