A Basic Research on the Policy Decision of Scientific Research for Newly Established Colleges and Universities

摘　　要：随着教育体制和科技体制改革的深入开展,传统的高校科研模式已不适合新建院校。本文分析了当前科研工作的形势后,对新建院校如何开拓和发展科研工作提出一些对策。并对“科研经费使用”以及“如何搞活科研”等问题提出一些看法。The conventional mode of scientific research of colleges and universities is no longer suited to the newly established colleges and universities with the deep developing of the reform of educational and scientific and technical systems. Some countermeasures of how to open up and develop research work in newly established colleges and universities are proposed in the article after analyzing the present situation of scientific research work. Some views are raised on the problem of how to use the funds of scientific research work and how to make scientific reaesrch vigorous.
