摘　　要：基督教的非洲化过程,几乎同基督教的历史一样悠久。5世纪同君士坦丁教会公开决裂的北非科普特教会及其分支埃塞俄比亚教会,在古代就已成为民族化宗教。Any Probe into the root cause of Africanization of Christianity should be done in light of the given historical setting of the 20th century national liberation movement. There are largely three factors for its being: First, the colonialist activities and racial discrimination of the European and A merican church missions aroused the resistance of the African christians, resulting in the rise and expansion of the independent churchs and Africanization of Christianity. Secoud, with the developinent of the African liberation movement and attainwent of political independence, the status of the national culture is raised, and the nationalist leaders and church personnel have conciously promoted the Africanization of christianity in depth and breadth. Third, It is also a tactics of the West missions to Africanize the clristian church, with the aim to ease the tension between them and the African national churchs, defend their traditional positions and increase their influence. The Africani- zation of christianity has made profound impact on Africa's political and social life and its relationship with the West.
