摘　　要：农业价格政策,即政府对农业价格的干预,是非洲国家广泛使用的一种政策工具,它包括的内容很广泛,主要有宏观方面的贸易、汇率、利率政策,也包括微观方面的具体农产品定价政策、价格管理等。Since independence, African countries have adopted a set of rigid and irrational agricultural price systems and price control institutions, seriously frustrating the farmers' enthusiasm for production. As a result, a gricultural production in Africa has stagnated for decades. In late 1970s and early 1980s African countries generally came to realize the necessity and urgency of refo- rming the price policy for agricultural products; they started to carry out sub- stantial reforms in accordance with the programmes put forward by the World Bank and IMF. Relatively obvious achievements have been made in a number of countries in such reforms, promoting, agricultural producion by big margin; but they have also brought with them a series of new problems, such as grave inflation. African countries are now actively summing up their experiences and lessons, so as to carry forward the reform even better.
