戴高乐的政治思想与第五共和国政治体制

摘　　要：戴高乐的政治思想对第五共和国政治体制具有重要的,决定性的影响,戴高乐的政治思想直接导致了资本主义政治制度中前所未有的半总统制半议会制的政治体制。作者认为,实践证明,这种体制符合当代法国国情。作者在分析了戴高乐政治思想与第五共和政治体制的关系后,认为戴高乐的思想也反映了战后资本主义政治制度的发展趋向,即议会作用下降,行政权功能增强。无论从藏高乐本人的思想渊源,还是从当时法国国内外情况来看,第五共和国独特的政治体制的产生都不是偶然的,有其历史的必然性。De Gaulle's political ideas imposed an important and decisiveinfluence on the political system of the Fifth Republic.His political ideasdirectly resulted in the unprecedented capitalist political system-a half pre-sidential and half parliamentary system.The author reckons that this provedaccorded to the French national conditions.After an analysis of the relationsof de Gaulle's political ideas and political system of the Fifth Republic,heexplains that de Gaulle's ideas also show the trend of the postwar capitalistpolitical system,i.e.,the decrease of parliamentary role and increase ofadministrative functions.When analysing either the sources of de Gaulle'sideas orthe situation inside and outside France,one would come to the conclu-sion that the emergence of the unique political system was not an accidentalbut inevitable historical outcome.
