摘　　要：本文作者认为撒切尔主义对英国工会的政策不是权宜之计,而是某种系统的战略,这一战略存在于保守党右翼内部,作者就其起源、发展和影响作了比较深入的分析,着重探讨了保守党—撒切尔政府—工会—工党之间的关系。撒切尔主义的工会战略可概括为:从政治上、经济上打击工会进而瓦解工党;以法律手段限制、削弱工会势力;严厉遏制罢工,力克实行赞币主义政策的障碍;把失业作为经济、政治和社会武器,破坏劳动阶级的团结,并摧毁其战斗力。这一战略的最终目标是实现保守党统治下的英国社会秩序的稳定和经济的复兴。十年来撒切尔夫人忠实地执行了这一既定战略,并取得了—些重要胜利,使工党连连受挫。The authorof the article believes that the policy of Thatcherism towards British labourunions is a systematic policy instead of an expedient measure.According tohis description,the policy is out of the Conservative Party's right wing.Thearticle penetratingly analyses the origin,development and influence of thepolicy with the relations between the Conservative Party,the Thatcher govern-ment,labour unions and the Labour Party as its focus.Thatcher's policyagainst labour unions can be summed up as follows:taking strong political andeconomic measures against labour unions so as to disintegrate the Labour Party,resorting to legal means to limit and reduce the power of labour unions,averting strikes,making all-out efforts to overcome the barriers of implemen-ting the monetarism policy,using unemployment as economic,political andsocial weapon,eroding workers'unity and thus disabling their fighting power.The ultimate aim of the policy is to stablize the British social order andrejuvenite its economy under the rule of the Conservative Party.In the pastten years,Thatcher has faithfully followed fhe established policy,thus havewon some important victories and repeatedly set back the Labonr Party.
