摘　　要：80年代以来,瑞典的经济与社会发展的成就日益引起国际社会的关注,不仅在社会党执政的国家和社会党中,在美国等典型的西方国家,甚至在苏联也都吸引了政府和学者的研究兴趣,他们从各自不同的角度和出自不同的需要来探索瑞典经验的不同方面,取得了不少研究成果,有的巳影响到政府或政党的决策。瑞典社会民主党在多年的长期执政过程中,实行了一套与本国实际相结合的、行之有效的政策,的确取得很大成就,是十分值得我们研究的重要课题,但我们的研究工作却仍在初始阶段,这与我国改革开放的形势是不相适应的。In the 1980s,Sweden's achievements in social and economic developmenthave received increasing attention from the international community.Inte-rested in studying them are not only the governments and scholars of thesocialist party-ruled countries but also those in typical capitalist countrieslike the United States.Even the Soviet Union is involved.From differerentangles and for different purposes they study different aspects of the Swedenexperiences and have accomplished many research results,some of whichhave influenced the policy makers of the governments or political parties.As a party in office for a long time,the Sweden Social Democratic partyhas made great achievements as it adopted a series of effective policies inaccordance with the real situation of the country.This is an importanttopic of study for our research work.Yet our research for this purpose isjust at the initial stage,a situation that does not match the developmentsin opening China to the world.
