摘　　要：瑞典绿党在1988年的议会选举中获5.5%的选票,成为自1917年以来进入议会的第一新党,给瑞典政局带来深刻影响。绿党认为旧的政治已经过时,它将根据是非,而不是工业社会中过时的意识形态来确定它在各种事务中的立场。这样,绿党的崛起使瑞典政治生活中原有的左右向座标上又增添了一道以环境保护为主的双向座标,但是,绿党并没有取得它所希望的平衡权力的作用。在政治上,占优势的仍然是新民党,但由于绿党的影响在不断地扩大,对新民党也产生了一定的影响。随着环境问题日益受到选民的重视,绿党的发展及其在政治生活中的地位和作用也正日益受到人们的关注。Ever since it was founded,the Sweden Greens Party has left strong influenceson the nation's politics.In many aspects,the Parliamentary election of 1988carried green touches.After the election,the Greens Party entered theParliament to be the first new party in the legislative body in 17 years.The Party claims that old politics has become obsolete and instead of ideo-logy it will take the rights and wrongs of the things in themselves as thecriteria to make its judgement and determine its stand.This has added a new value axisa double track axis with environmental protection as itscriterion to the original one in the right-and-left direction and changed theoriginal political pattern.Although the Greens Party has not yet developedto be a decisive force in the power struggle,it has already brought importantchanges to Sweden's political life.Even the ruling party--the Social De-mocratic Party--is affected.Along with the growth of the concern of the industrialized nations' vot-ers over the environmental protection,the development of the Sweden GreensParty as well as its political positions and role is drawing increasingattention from the public.
