摘 要:为了对织物膜结构和服装进行虚拟模拟,例如膜结构的张紧和褶皱以及服装的悬垂和屈曲,建立了编织物的膜理论.编织物的细观编织结构被引入了膜理论,织物的经线和纬线被选为曲线坐标轴,未变形的纱线作为Lagrangian坐标轴,变了形的纱线作为Eulerian坐标轴.在变形中考虑经线和纱线之间夹角.该理论被用于织物膜的张紧分析.数值结果表明,当应变e12达0.06时,由于纱线夹角的改变导致的应力增加占总应力的25%左右.The membrane theory for fabric is proposed in order to simulate virtually the deformations of membrane structures of fabric and garments made from fabric, such as stretching and wrinkling of membrane structure and draping and buckling of garments. The micro-weaving structures of woven fabric are introduced in the membrane theory. Both warp yarns and weft yarns of fabric are taken as the curvelinear coordinate axes, the undeformed yarns as Lagrangian coordinate axes and the deformed ones as Eulerian coordinate axes. The changes of angles between the warp yarns and weft yarns during deformations are carefully considered. As an example, the theory is applied to the analysis of stretching of woven fabric sheet. The numerical results show that the increments of stresses due to the changes of angles between yarns are about 25% of the total stresses while the strain e_(12) being about 0.06.
