摘 要:隐颜料是用于着色以及信息记录、照相显影、滤光器等领域的新材料.以C.I.颜料黄151和二碳酸二叔丁酯为主要原料合成了苯并咪唑酮型隐颜料,并采用红外光谱分析确定了合成反应的发生,通过加热转化法探索了隐颜料的应用条件.热重分析、红外光谱和紫外光谱表明,合成的隐颜料加热到140℃发生分解转化为母体颜料,加热转化法是隐颜料的有效应用方法.最后,将该隐颜料应用于聚氯乙烯薄膜的着色,电子显微镜分析显示膜中颜料粒子大小为20~40nm.The latent pigment is a kind of new material which is used as colorant, information material, photographic material and light filter. Benzimidazolone latent pigment was prepared from C.I. Pigment Yellow 151 and di-tert-butyl dicarbonate. IR analysis revealed that the reaction had really happened. The application of the latent pigment through thermo-treatment was also studied in the paper. Thermogravimetry, IR and UV analysis indicated that the latent pigment synthesized changed to its parent when it was heated to 140 ℃. Therefore, thermo-treatment was efficient for the transition of latent pigment to its parent. Finally, the latent pigment was used in the coloring of PVC film and TEM analysis showed the grain size of pigment in the film ranged from 20 nm to 40 nm.
