摘　　要：本文从科学文献、学术会议、科学考察方面入手概括了东北亚区域合作与图们江地区开发的研究过程,从中分析了科学研究与实践和社会利益的相互关系及发展,指出今后研究重点和文献工作重点应放在国际关系动向及重大项目论证上。The paper, in terms of scientific investigation and research references, gave a review of the studies on the regional cooperation in Northeast Asia and the development of Tu- men river area, made an analysis of the relations between the social effect and scientific studies as well as practice, and indicated that the emphases of future studies and data collection work should be laid on the trend of international relationships and the evalua- tion of important construction items.
