摘 要:试验以常规贮藏8个月的6个品种草坪草种子为材料,采用幼苗生长测定、电导率测定、加速老化试验、模拟田间出苗率测定等4种方法测定种子活力。结果表明,不同品种草坪草种子活力存在显著差异,幼苗生长测定和加速老化试验的发芽率、简化活力指数均与模拟田间出苗率存在极显著正相关。研究认为,幼苗生长测定和加速老化试验,均是草坪草种子活力测定的较好方法。Six turfgrass cultivars, including five Festuca arundiancea (Jaguar3, Litter Mustang, Green Park, Ruby and Finelawn) and one Lolium perenne (Eminent), stored for 8 months under regular conditions,were selected to study the seed vigor with 4 methods, including seedling growth test, electrical conductivity test, ageing test and simulated field seedling growth test. The results indicated that there were significant differences between different cultivars. A highly significant positive correlation was found between germination percentage and the rate of simulated field seedling both in seedling growth test and in aging test, and same between simplified vigor index and the rate of simulated field seedling. According to the results of this experiment, the seedling growth test and aging test were the most proper methods for testing the seed vigor of turfgrass.
