摘　　要：实施毕业生质量的调查是提高教育质量的重要措施之一。本文通过对我院体育教育专业十届本科毕业生的跟踪调查与分析,初步找出我院在人材培养过程中的薄弱环节,从而提出教育改革的措施,达到进一步提高人材培养质量的目的。To carry out a research into the quality of graduates is one of the important measures of improving the quality of education. On investigation and analysis of the last ten years' graduates majoring in Physical Education in our institute, this article shows the vulnerable soots in the cause of personnel training. Thus, it raises the measures of edcational reform and achieves the goal of further improving the quality of personnel training.
