摘　　要：作者认为,企业也是一种商品。只承认生产资料产品是商品。这在理论上是不完整的;只有同时承认以企业形态这种集合的生产资料也是商品,才具有完整的深层的理论意义。作为企业市场的运行模式有:企业承包市场(即把企业的经营权通过公开招标的方式转让出去),企业租赁市场、企业兼并市场、企业买卖市场等。必须在动力机制、经营机制、市场机制、调节机制等方面着手促使企业市场的形成。This author thinks enterprise is one of the commodities. This is not the unsound concept theoretically that we agree only the means of production is the commodity. Only agreing the means of production of enterprises is the commodity can we have the sound concept theoretically. The models of the enterprise market: the enterprise contracts the market, the enterprise rents the market, the enterprise annexes the market, the enterprise buys and sells the market, ect.. We must make the enterprise market form in the power mechanism, the run mechanism, the market mechanism and the adjustting mechanism.
