摘 要:通过对来自国外的28个半秋眠和非秋眠紫花苜蓿品种耐涝性能的生物学评价和水淹后不同耐涝品种丙二醛含量比较分析,筛选出5个耐涝性能优良的半秋眠和非秋眠紫花苜蓿品种;钾、钙、锌和硼四种微量元素对改善苜蓿的抗涝能力有明显的作用(p<0.05),合理使用能够显著提高苜蓿的抗涝能力。The difference of waterlogging tolerance among alfalfa species is very significant.Selecting high waterlogging tolerance species and studying effective methods for alfalfa survival in waterlogging condition are very important for planting alfalfa in southern China. The results of evaluating 28 un_or semi_dormant alfalfa species in waterlogging condition in greenhouse, and analyzing MDA content of alfalfa species showed that 5 species have higher ability of waterlogging tolerance than other 23 species. The elements of K, Ca, Zn and B have significant effect on waterlogging tolerance in alfalfa, and can significantly increase its ability of waterlogging tolerance by using them reasonably.
