摘　　要：伤害监测是评价和了解一个国家或地区伤害问题的重要手段。在过去的几十年间，国内外伤害监测工作有了较大进展。本文简要概括国内外伤害的发展，提出进一步加强我国伤害监测工作的建议。：Injury surveillance is an important way to assess and understand the injury problem of a country or region. In the last few decades, oversea and domestic injury surveillance has made a big progress. This paper summarizes the development of international and domestic injury surveillance, and proposes suggestion to improve injury surveillance of China.
