硬化剂注射加肛门成形术治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察硬化剂注射加肛门成形术治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法将42例Ⅱ、Ⅲ度完全性直肠脱垂随机分成治疗组(n=22)和对照组(n=20)。治疗组进行消痔灵注射治疗+肛门成形术,对照组单纯消痔灵注射治疗。结果治疗组术后12个月随访复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而术后当天、第4、第10天肛门发热、疼痛、肛门坠胀、排便情况、治愈率无差异。结论消痔灵硬化剂注射+肛门成形术是针对Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的痛苦小、疗效确切的治疗方法。Objective To observe the effect of injection sclerotherapy + anoplasty in the treatment of rectal prolapse. Methods 42 cases of Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree of complete rectal prolapse were randomly divided into treatment group( n =22) and control group( n = 20). Patients in treatment group were received Xiaozhiling injection and anoplasty, patients in control group were only treated by Xiaozhiling injection. Results After 12 months of follow-up recurrence rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05),while there was no significant difference in complication and cure rate. Conclusion Sclerosing injections + anoplasty are less pain and more effective therapy for Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse
