摘　　要：目的总结不同环境温度下应征男青年早期复极发生情况。方法收集3年来共1916例应征青年的基本信息及心电图资料，分别统计出不同室温下早期复极的检出率。结果室温1～5℃时，早期复极检出率32.01％；室温5～10℃时，早期复极检出率15.09％；室温10～20℃时，早期复极检出率6.91％。结论青年人中早期复极并不少见，环境温度改变可能直接影响其检出率。Objective To summarize the detectable rate of early repolarization of young men in different ambient temperature .Methods Collect the electrocardiograms of 1916 young men and calculate the early repolar-ization detectable rate in different ambient temperature .Results The early repolarization detectable rate is 32.01%in ambient temperature 1-5 ℃.The detectable rate is 15.09%in 5-10 ℃.The detectable rate is 6.91%in 10-20 ℃.Conclusions The early repolarization is not scare .Besides,it is related to the ambient temperature .
