绿激光(120W)汽化术治疗100g以上良性前列腺增生症临床观察(附78例报告)

摘　　要：目的:总结经尿道选择性120 W绿激光前列腺汽化术治疗100 g以上BPH的安全性及有效性.方法:回顾性分析2010年7月～2012年8月经尿道选择性120W绿激光汽化术治疗的78例100 g以上BPH患者的围手术期及随访资料,分析术后症状缓解及术中、术后并发症发生情况.结果:手术均顺利,无电切综合征发生,无输血、死亡病例,手术时间(73.0±24.5) min,术中出血量(37.8±24.1) ml,术后膀胱冲洗(24.8±12.4)h,术后留置尿管时间平均(3.2±0.8)d,术后平均住院时间(5.4±1.8)d.术后国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、最大尿流率及剩余尿量均较术前显著改善.随访期间无尿失禁及尿道狭窄发生.结论:经尿道120W绿激光汽化术治疗大腺体BPH具有良好的临床疗效及安全性.Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 120 W PVP in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with more than 100 g.Methods:The 78 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia more than 100 g who accepted the treatment of 120 W PVP between 2010 July and 2012 August.Postoperative remission of symptoms and complications about 87 cases were retrospective analysed.Results:All operations were successfully.There were no TURP syndrome,no deaths and no blood transfusion case.The average operation time was(73.0±24.5) min,the average volume of bleeding was(37.8±24.1) ml,the time of postoperative bladder irrigation was(24.8± 12.4) h, the average postoperative indwelling catheter time was(3.2±0.8) d,postoperative the average hospital stay was(5.4 ± 1.8) d.Postoperative the international prostate symptom score,quality of life,maximum urinary flow rate and residual urine volume compared with the preoperative were significantly improved.Conclusions:120 W PVP in the treatment of a large gland benign prostatic hyperplasia has good clinical efficacy and safety.
