摘　　要：目的:总结单孔三通道后腹腔镜下囊肿去顶减压术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的经验,讨论手术适应证及手术要点.方法:回顾分析22例经单孔三通道后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床资料.结果:22例手术均获成功,无中转开放手术,未发生严重并发症,随访6~24个月,没有复发病例.结论:单孔三通道后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗单纯性肾囊肿安全可行,患者创伤小、康复快.Objective:The experience with single-port with three tunnels retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression of renal simple cyst was reported and the indications and operative procedure were discussed. Methods:The clinical data of 22cases of renal simple cysts treated by single-port with three tunnels retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression were retrospectively analyzed from 2010to 2011.Results:All patients were successful.Conversion from the laparoscopic procedure to laparotomy was never required.No severe complication occured.22cases were followed up for 6months to 24months.No patient recurred.Conclusions:Single-port with three tunnels retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression is a safe,effective,and minimally invasive treatment for renal simple cyst.
