摘　　要：目的:总结输尿管镜下治疗输尿管疾病出现的常见并发症及其防治对策。方法:2008年来应用输尿管镜技术对532例患者进行治疗,其中28例出现并发症,对其临床资料进行分析。结果:出现并发症28例分别为输尿管黏膜出血5例,输尿管穿孔3例,输尿管狭窄4例,感染性休克3例,结石残留7例,均见于结石患者;5例出血患者见于输尿管瘢痕狭窄扩张术后;另1例感染性休克发生于双J管锈石患者,无输尿管穿孔、断裂、坏死等。结论:输尿管镜操作并发症的发生与手术者的技术操作、术前准备完善与否密切相关。熟练掌握这项技术,可有效减少手术并发症,提高手术成功率。Objective:To summarize the complications which were caused in the operation of ureterscopy the way of prevention and therapy.Methods:Analysing 28out of 532cases with complications which were caused in the operation of ureterscopy since 2008.Results:Among all these complications,there were 5cases of ureteral mucosa bleeding,3cases of ureteral perforation,4cases of ureteral stricture,3cases of septic shock and 7cases of calculi residual(for calculus patients);5cases of bleeding were caused by expansion for ureteral stenosis;the other 1patient with septic shock was attributed to double J tube rust stone,ureteral perforation,fracture or necrosis were not observed in this patient.Conclusions:The risk of complications of ureteroscopic surgery was closed related to the experience of doctors and the preoperative preparation.Good techniques could effectively reduce the risk of operation related complications and increase the rate of being successful.
