摘　　要：目的总结和探讨胰十二指肠切除术的围手术期护理干预方法。方法 2012年1月至12月解放军三〇二医院施行胰十二指肠切除术15例,依据术前讨论术中给予探查、切除、采用Child术式消化道重建的术式,护理人员在做好围手术期的健康教育和加强常规护理的基础上,对15例患者进行围手术期护理干预。结果通过给予围手术期护理干预,取得较满意的临床治疗效果,15例患者经过有效治疗和护理,恢复较好,未发生严重并发症,均治愈出院。结论开展围手术期护理干预,做好每一个护理环节,有效地减少了术后并发症的发生,加快了患者的康复。Objective To summarize and discuss the perioperative nursing intervention methods of pancreaticoduodenal resection. Methods 15 cases undergoing pancreaticoduodenal resection admitted to the People's Liberation Army 302 Hospital from January to December 2012 were enrolled. On the basis of the perioperative health education and strengthen nursing by nursing staff,the perioperative nursing intervention of 15 patients was conducted according to the methods of exploration,excision,and Child digestive tract reconstruction surgery in preoperative discussion. Results By giving the perioperative nursing intervention,satisfactory clinical effect was obtained. After effective treatment and nursing,15 patients recovered well without serious complications. Patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion In perioperative nursing intervention,do a good job in every link of nursing,effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.
