摘　　要：目的探讨静脉畸形经皮穿刺栓塞治疗的方法和疗效。方法对33例静脉畸形选择病变远心端经皮穿刺进行数字减影血管造影检查,然后注射混合栓塞剂栓塞病变,治疗后随访1～11年,比较治疗前后的变化。结果治愈18例,有效15例。结论经皮穿刺栓塞治疗静脉畸形是一种简单、有效的方法。Objective To study the efficacy of percutaneous embolization therapy on venous malformations(VM).Methods A retrospective study of percutaneous embolization therapy was conducted in 33 patients with VM.The distal lesions of 33 VMs were chosen as puncture points,and 16~20G trocars were stabbed into the VMs.The digital subtraction angiography was done and embolic agents were injected into the lesions.The patients were followed up for 1~11 years and the results compared before and after treatment.Results 18 patients were cured,and 15 cases were effective.Conclusion Percutaneous embolization is a simple and effective treatment for venous malformations.
