摘　　要：目的评价模拟失重对健康成人左心室功能的影响。方法选择健康青年男性志愿者12名为研究对象,采用-6°头低位连续卧床模拟失重。实验前志愿者平卧10 min,静息状态行多普勒超声心动图检查作为对照。此后分别于模拟失重第10天、第20天重复行多普勒超声心动图检查,在同步心电图R波触发下,存储TVI模式的心尖四腔心切面图像。将定量组织多普勒取样点置于二尖瓣环左侧,得到左心室QTVI曲线,测量计算左心室心肌做功指数。左心室心肌做功指数以(-x±s)表示,采用SPSS 11.0软件进行模拟失重前后比较,P<0.05为具有显著性差异。结果模拟失重第10天、第20天左心室心肌做功指数与平卧静息状态比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在本研究模拟失重时限内未引起健康成人左心室整体功能改变。Objective To elucidate the influence of simulated weightlessness on adult left heart function with myocardial performance indices obtained by echocardiography.Methods Twelve young men volunteered to simulate weightlessness condition by continuous-60 head-down tilt bed rest.Echocardiographic examinations were arranged at 10 min,10th day and 20th day after the the experiment,respectively,in prostration under quiescent condition.Tissue Doppler figures were collected from apical four-chamber view,and the technique of quantitative tissue velocity imaging was adopted to measure and calculate myocardial performance indices of left ventricle.The data were proceeded by SPSS 11.0,and the differences among these groups were compared by the analysis of variance.Results There were no differences in the myocardial performance indices of left heart among the control group,10th day group and 20th day group.Conclusion Continuous simulated weightlessness could not change the total function of healthy adult left heart within this experimental time.
