摘　　要：目的探讨青少年羽毛球运动员腰部骨关节损伤影像特点及CT、X线检查在运动伤病诊治中的作用。方法对江阴杯全国羽毛球锦标赛参赛青少年运动员30名进行腰椎(L3~S1)常规CT及X线正侧双斜位摄片,固定专业技师操作,由3名经验丰富的医师共同分析影像资料。结果 30名运动员中发生椎间盘膨出17名,椎间盘突出2名,椎弓峡部裂6名,腰椎滑脱3名;腰骶椎先天发育异常4名。结论青少年羽毛球运动员腰部骨关节损伤发生率较高,CT和X线检查可为早期诊治运动损伤及科学训练提供客观依据。Objective To study the features of CT and X-ray images for lumbar osteoarticular injury in teenager badminton athletes and their value for the diagnosis and treatment for athletic injuries.Methods The lumbar discs(L3~S1) of thirty cases of teenager badminton athletes who took part in the national badminton championship(Jiangyin cup) were examined with routine CT scan and conventional X-ray including lumbar AP,LAT and dual OBL.The all of imaging data were synthetically analyzed.Results Of thirty cases,there were 17 cases of lumbar disc bulging,2 cases of lumber disc protrusion,6 cases of lumbar spondylolysis,3 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis,and 4 cases of congenital abnormal development of lumbosacral vertebrae.Conclusion The incidence rate of lumbar osteoarticular injury is high in the teenager badminton athletes.The imaging examination could provide an impersonal basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of athletic injuries and the scientific training.
